Foresters Fall at Aurora to Open 2009 Season
Game was scoreless for first 50 minutes

AURORA, Ill. – The Lake Forest College men's soccer team fell 4-0 at Aurora University Monday afternoon (September 1). It was the first contest of the 2009 season for both the Foresters and Spartans.

It took until the 51st minute for either team to score. Aurora then netted four goals in the next 25 minutes for the victory.

It was the Lake Forest coaching debut for head coach Chris Bergmann, who will patrol the Farwell Field sideline for the first time in the team's home opener on Friday (September 4) against Augustana College. The game will begin at 5:00 p.m.
