Lake Forest Drops 1-0 Decision to Visiting UW-Whitewater
Foresters' next game will be in nine days

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Forester men's soccer team fell 1-0 to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at home on Sunday (October 4). Lake Forest is now 5-6-1 on the season while the Warhawks raised their record to 5-4-3.

The only goal of the game was scored less than eight minutes into the contest.

Both teams attempted three shots in the first half and, with the wind at its back, Whitewater out-shot the home team 7-1 in the second. The teams combined for just three shots on goal and each goalie had one save.

The Foresters will not play again until Tuesday night, October 13, when they travel to North Central College for a 7:00 p.m. game.
