LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College men’s basketball player Dodd Browning (Champaign, IL/Central) was named Forester Athlete of the Week Thursday (December 9) for his contributions to a pair of Lake Forest victories in the last seven days.

His 10 points came on a pair of three-pointers (in three attempts) and four clutch free throws in the game’s final 32 seconds. He also added a pair of steals in the contest.

The junior guard established a new career high with 16 points in Lake Forest’s 61-59 triumph at home over Knox College on Tuesday (December 7). He shot 5-for-6 from the floor in the game and made all three of his attempts from beyond the three-point arc.

Browning averaged 13.0 points in the two games and shot a combined 7-for-10 from the field, 5-for-6 from three-point range, and 6-for-8 from the foul line.
