Notes: From 1969 to 1980 only a men's title was awarded. The women participated in a non-scoring method in 1980. From 1981 through 1986 the women contributed to a combined team championship, the only title given. In 1987 two championships -- a men's and a women's -- were established. In 1988, the current men-women-combined championships were established.
