Lake Forest, Ill. - Lake Forest Lyrica, a series of chamber music performed by some of the finest musicians from the Chicago area, opens its sixteenth concert season with a performance by Third Coast Percussion Quartet on Sunday, September 13 at 3 p.m. The Lyrica series consists of four Sunday afternoon concerts with performances held in the intimate setting of the Lily Reid Holt Memorial Chapel on the beautiful campus of Lake Forest College.

With exceptional talent and dedicated artistry, this quartet combines the driving intensity of drums, the beautiful warmth of marimbas and vibraphones, and the surprisingly exotic sounds of everyday objects to make music that is playful, memorable and profound.
