
Lake Forest, Ill. – Two Lake Forest College alumni and employees of the Chicago Bears – John Bostrom '87 and Caroline Guip Schrenker '88 – will present a talk titled "Breaking out of the Huddle: How to Find a Career in Sports" on Thursday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lily Reid Holt Memorial Chapel on the College’s Middle Campus.

John Bostrom is in his 23rd season with the Chicago Bears. Appointed Senior Director of Administration in 2004, Bostrom currently oversees the team's general administrative operations, travel, stadium operations and community relations. He majored in business at the College, where he also played basketball for two years.

Caroline Guip Schrenker is the Director of Community Relations for the Chicago Bears. Guip Schrenker is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and growth of the team's community outreach and charitable initiatives. Guip Schrenker also serves on the Board of Directors of Bears Care, the team's charitable beneficiary, which has issued nearly $12 million in grants since its inception in 1995. Guip Schrenker majored in biology at the College, earned her M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2002.
