Pay $20 Financial Aid Fee   (returning students only)

• report siblings’ 2012-13 tuition costs, grades K-12
• report parent’s 2012-13 college tuition costs
• minimum $2000 required

• report loans borrowed by and repaid by the custodial parent

• report expenses allowed by the IRS as “itemized deductions” except that it does not  need to exceed 7.5% of AGI
• report expenses paid in 2011 or expected to be paid in 2012
• minimum of $3000 in one year, based on size of family

• report changes due to death, decrease in pay, divorce, legal separation, loss of a benefit, loss of job, one-time income, etc.
• minimum decrease of 20% in 2012 vs. 2011 income

• report costs of maintaining a second home, due to job location

• report expenses paid in 2011 or expected to be paid in 2012
• report dependent care, funeral costs, non-elective home repairs, legal fees, support of extended family, unreimbursed business expenses, etc
