Test Preparation
Lake Forest students pursue graduate education at the nation's finest institutions. Our staff will assist you in the grad school application process and our Resource Library provides materials for researching graduate school programs. We also work closely with Kaplan, Inc. - the top-ranked exam provider - to provide practice admissions tests for free to alumni and LFC students, including, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, and MCAT.

Researching Graduate Schools

  • Research by program or state at petersons.com or gradschools.com
  • Your Faculty Advisor or Co-curricular Advisor are also a great resource.
  • Talk with people who have been in a program to give you a unique perspective.  Call your prospective program and ask if you can have an Informational Interview with a student.

Guidelines and Timelines
See our Graduate School Handout or peterson's.com which provide a variety of information about applying, taking tests, personal statements and everything you need to know about the process.
