Lake Forest College Women's Basketball 
Coaching Staff

The 2008-09 season is the first for Kristen Fink on the coaching staff at her alma mater.

Since the spring of 2005, Fink has been the head or assistant coach of numerous youth teams in and around the Lake Forest area. She has worked with travel teams consisting of players as young as sixth graders or as old as high school juniors as a coach with Full Package Athletics since 2005. Fink also spent the last two seasons as an assistant at Lake Forest Academy.

Fink was a four-year letter winner in basketball and soccer while a student at Lake Forest College. She earned the Nicholas J. Wasylik Award, which is presented to the senior athlete who best emulates the positive, outgoing attitude as well as the drive and determination of the College's former Athletic Director (1959-73). She helped the 2001-02 Foresters capture a Midwest Conference championship and led the 2004-05 squad in blocked shots. The soccer team claimed a pair of league titles during her career and she finished with the 15th-highest point total in program history.

In addition to coaching, Fink has also been an elementary teacher since August of 2005 and is currently teaching second grade at the School of St. Mary in Lake Forest.
