Rainey led the team with 13 points in a 57-45 victory at Ripon College on Friday. She shot 5-for-8 from the field, made her only attempt from three-point range, and knocked down both of her free throws. She also added three steals.
The sophomore guard then scored 12 points in an 84-82 loss at St. Norbert College Saturday afternoon. She pulled down five rebounds in the contest and recorded three more steals.
Rainey ranks fourth on this year’s team with 7.6 points and third with 4.4 rebounds per contest. She leads the squad with a .792 free throw percentage.
Forester Athletes of the Week are selected by the Athletic Department on Thursdays.
