Maybe you're looking for an extra class or a way to get back in the classroom.  Lake Forest Summer Sessions offer college-level courses in an exciting and fast-paced setting.  One thing is for sure, you won't spend the whole summer indoors.

The Summer Session Bulletin, containing course descriptions and registration information, will be available in late February in the Office of the Registrar and as a pdf file on this Web site.  Questions concerning the 2009 Summer Session should be directed to the Registrar’s Office at 847-735-5025.

Please note: Lake Forest College first-year students who originally registered for four courses in either or both semesters of the 2008-09 academic year, but were unable to finish all four due to failure or withdrawal from the course may take a first session summer course for the low, low, discounted tuition of $400.


Registration for Session I begins Monday, March 16 and ends Tuesday, May 5.

 

Registration for Session II begins Monday, March 16 and ends Tuesday, May 26.

 

Lake Forest College reserves the right to cancel courses for which there is insufficient enrollment.

 

Note regarding Summer Internships:  Students who plan on participating in a summer internship should begin planning early.  They may contact Helene DeGross at 847-735-6023 or George Seyk at 847-735-6088.  Psychology interns: please contact Kathryn Dohrmann at 847-735-5245.  The deadline for registering for a summer internship is Tuesday, May 5.  Internship request forms are available in the Office of the Registrar.
