Dear Parent,

Thank you for your interest in Project Explore. We are pleased that your child is considering applying for admission to the program for summer 2005.

If you decide to apply, please complete all pages of the application. The student applying should write the essay in his/her own words. The essay may be handwritten or typed on the form, or printed out and stapled to the essay page of the application form.

Please give the Teacher Recommendation Form to the child's teacher along with an envelope addressed to:

Have the teacher complete the recommendation and return it in the envelope directly to me at the college no later than April 1, 2005.

Please return the rest of your completed and signed application to me by April 1, 2005. You will be notified by April 15 if your child has been accepted for the program. At that time a deposit of $150.00 will be required. The remaining balance of $800.00 will be due by June 1, 2005 unless special arrangements are made in advance. Those awarded scholarships will be notified at the time of acceptance into the program of the amount awarded and payment schedule for any additional tuition owed.
