Off-Campus Study > Tropical Ecology and Conservation

The Biology Department, in conjunction with the environmental studies program, offers a Tropical Ecology and Conservation course during the spring semester that includes a visit to a tropical research site. The program consists of two components:

  • During the regular semester, students attend traditional class and laboratory meetings on campus.
  • The course features a spring break field trip to a tropical biology research site.
