Is Law School for You?
Many undergraduates think about a career in law. At Lake Forest, dozens of entering students indicate some interest in a law career. Perhaps a dozen—and not necessarily the same people—will apply to law school in their senior year. Many others will apply a few years after graduation. (It is worth noting that many law schools prefer applicants to have some post-graduate experience before entering law school). Whether law school—and a law career—is right for you is often not an easy question to answer. Thus it is worth some serious reflection.
