Preparation for Professional Health Careers 

 

Pre-health advising at Lake Forest College is designed to assist students interested in medical careers and in other health professions.

The goals are to:

  • advise regarding course selection
  • help plan timing and sequence of courses
  • aid in assessing student's progress toward professional school goals
  • provide information about professional school requirements and admission criteria
  • provide information and assistance regarding standardized tests 
  • assist students in selecting schools and in the application process, including a cover letter
