Pitch Competitions and competitive opportunities for young entrepreneurs interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Students from all academic departments have assistance entering competitions and have access to events, workshops, mentoring and in-house competitions that enable them to test and refine their founder skills.


National Pitch Competitions

  • U.Pitch

    U.Pitch brings together the best students from a cross-section of universities in this ultimate national elevator pitch competition. In just 90 seconds, students compete for national recognition and a prize pool of $10,000.

  • E-Fest

    e-Fest’s mission is to improve the success rates of new ventures by promoting exceptional entrepreneurship teaching and thought leadership.

  • UChicago’s The Midwest Trading Competition

    Students from across the nation who share a passion for trading and quantitative finance come together for this competition, where they compete in teams in simulated trading, connect with each other, and extensively network with sponsor firms and employers.

  • Baylor Business New Venture Competition

    The Baylor New Venture Competition on-campus event is a two-day business plan competition and elevator pitch competition promoting student entrepreneurship. The competition showcases student created, managed, and owned ventures. Competitors from accredited universities across the globe receive expert feedback, coaching, and a prize package of cash and crucial in-kind business support services, to launch and grow their ventures.

  • Net Impact - Up to Us Campus Competition

    Up to Us is a nonpartisan leadership program where student leaders mobilize their campus to understand why fiscal policy matters. Students receive $1,000 in funding to turn their ideas into action, leadership skills, networking opportunities, and access to all-expenses-paid national conferences around the country.

  • Student Startup Madness

    Student Startup Madness, along with its partners and host universities, believes in American entrepreneurship and on-campus startups—and wants to help young student entrepreneurs succeed and become a part of the SXSW experience. Prize: pitch to a celebrity panel of well-known entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and investors at the Student Startup Madness national finals
