Off-Campus Study Deadlines

    For Greece Spring 2012, Border Studies Spring 2012: All Stage 1, Stage 2, and program application forms. Submit to Off-Campus Programs Office.

    November 15, 2011

    All Stage 1 documents due for all programs for participation during 2012-2013 year, either Fall or Spring.

    February 1, 2012

    All Stage 2 documents due for all programs except In The Loop (see below, February 15). Submit to Off-Campus Programs Office.

    • Stage 2 petition (obtain from Off-Campus Programs Office) 
    • Updated unofficial transcript 
    • Program application (all LFC programs except Greece, Border Studies)
    • Teacher recommendation forms (LFC programs, Washington Sem.)

    ACM Applications for Fall AND Spring programs.

    Submit signature page and one copy of essay and short answers to Off-Campus Programs Office. Teacher recommendations are submitted directly to the ACM office and may be sent electronically.

    Note: for Japan Study, the final deadline is January 11.

    Washington Semester Applications for Fall AND Spring.

    Submit copy of on-line application and two faculty recommendations to Off-Campus Programs Office.

    February 15, 2012

    All Stage 1 documents for In The Loop applications, whether for Fall or for Spring participation. Stage 2 documents, processed through Center for Chicago Programs, are due to CCP on March 1.

    April 1, 2012

    Stage 1 documents for Border Studies (Spring 2013), Greece (Spring 2013). Return to Off-Campus Programs Office.

    Stage 2 and Program application for Border Studies (Spring 2013), Greece (Spring 2013). Return to Off-Campus Programs Office.
