Individual Advising Appointments

Meet one-on-one with professional staff in the CAC to develop your own personalized career action plan. Our staff can help you explore your major and career options and help you build the research and job search skills you will need to be successful. To schedule an appointment, call 847.735.5235.

Meet with a Peer Advisor!

Peer Advisors can help you with your resume or cover letter during the academic year.  Call the CAC for the exact weekly schedule. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are also welcome!

Academic Advisors and Faculty: Your academic advisor or professors can serve as an invaluable resource when it comes to exploring your choice of a major or minor. They can provide you with detailed information about the major or minor and requirements for graduation. 

Counseling Services: Choosing a major and career path can sometimes be overwhelming--especially if you're unsure about who you are. Counseling Services can help you explore some of the obstacles that maybe hindering your self-exploration process.  To learn more about their services, click here
