Blackstone and Harlan Halls

Blackstone and Harlan are two of the most historic residences on campus, built in 1907 and modeled after buildings at Oxford and Cambridge in England.

Housing both men and women, they are the only residence halls on Middle Campus. Currently, 85% of our students live on campus.

Forester Fact

Blackstone Hall can be seen in the 1983 movie Class starring a young Rob Lowe and premiering the Chicago celebrity John Cusack.
