Shuttle and Campus Escorts

Did you know the Forester Shuttle goes other places as well?

The Shuttle Bus is managed by Patrick Doggett, Program Director of the Mohr Student Center. Any questions or comments regarding shuttle services can be directed to him.

If you would like to add your name to a distribution list for the Forester Shuttle information, please email doggett@lakeforest.edu. This will include route changes, route cancellations, etc.

Shuttle Service for Commuters

Monday through Friday mornings, barring emergency situations, Public Safety picks up the incoming commuters from the East Lake Forest Metra station at approximately 7:40AM and 8:35AM. Faculty and staff are dropped off at North Hall.

The Forester Shuttle provides evening service to the East Lake Forest Metra station. When the shuttle is not running, Public Safety will leave from North Hall at 5:15PM in time for the 5:29PM, southbound Metra to Chicago.

Public Safety Escort Services

If you find the need for a Public Safety Officer to escort you from one part of the campus to another during an uncomfortable situation, call extension 5555. Tell the dispatcher your exact location. An Officer will arrive as soon as possible and provide an escort.
