the Chicago Chamber Musicians Lake Forest, Ill.— Lake Forest Lyrica, the highly acclaimed concert series at Lake Forest College, will present the third concert of its tenth season on Sunday, February 29 at 3 p.m., featuring the Chicago Chamber Musicians (CCM). The CCM will perform works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Schubert and Carl Nielsen. The concert will be held in Lily Reid Holt Memorial Chapel, located on the College’s Middle Campus, near the intersection of College and Sheridan roads. A reception with the musicians will follow the performance. Tickets are available to the public for $15 at the door, and for $5 to students with an ID. For more information please call 847-735-5169. Since its founding in 1986, CCM has enjoyed an outstanding reputation for its artistic excellence. Two-time Chamber Music America/ASCAP winners of the Award for Adventurous Programming, CCM members collaborate closely to present a broad spectrum of the chamber music repertoire. “The Chicago Chamber Musicians…combines a dedication to the highest ideals of chamber music performance with a real flair for putting together zestful, compelling programs.
