Poet Simone Muench to Deliver Public Reading

Lake Forest, Ill.— Poet Simone Muench will deliver a free public reading at Lake Forest College on Monday, March 1 at 7 p.m. in Meyer Auditorium on the College’s Middle Campus. For more information please contact 847-735-6010.

Muench is one of Chicago’s emerging poets known for her dynamic readings. Muench, an associate editor for ACM (Another Chicago Magazine), has published three books, Notebook. Knife. Mentholatum, The Air Lost in Breathing, and Love's Apostrophes, which have gained her national recognition and won her two awards – the Marianne Moore Prize for Poetry and the Sheila-Na-Gig Chapbook award.
