Studio Art Exhibit at Lake Forest College


Lake Forest, Ill.– Lake Forest College’s Sonnenshein Gallery presents “Studio Art at Lake Forest College.” The exhibit opens with presentations by the artists on Tuesday, April 8 at 1 p.m. The public is invited to attend, free of charge. For more information, please call 847-735-5194

The exhibit features an extensive collection of works produced by students in studio art classes. Student’s work is presented in a variety of different media including, sculpture, paintings, drawings, graphic design, photographs and mixed media.

The Sonnenschein Gallery is located on the third floor of Durand Institute on the College’s North Campus near the corner of Deerpath and Sheridan roads in Lake Forest. The exhibit will be open daily, including weekends, from 2:30–5 p.m., through Tuesday, April 15.

Lake Forest College is a private liberal arts institution located 30 miles north of downtown Chicago. The College has 1,200 students representing 44 states and 46 other countries.
