Lake Forest Lyrica Presents the Atlantic Piano Trio



Lake Forest, Ill.-—Lake Forest Lyrica, the highly acclaimed concert series at Lake Forest College, will present the fourth and final concert of its ninth season on Sunday, April 6 at 3 p.m., featuring the Atlantic Piano Trio.

The concert will be held in the Lily Reid Holt Memorial Chapel, located on the College’s middle campus, near the intersection of College and Sheridan roads. A reception with the musicians will follow the performance. Tickets are available to the public for $15 at the door, and for $5 to students with an ID. For more information please call 847-735-5169.

The program includes works by Beethoven, Brahms, and the Israeli-American composer Paul Schoenfield (b. 1947).

The members of the Atlantic Trio are Baird Dodge, Principal Second Violinist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra; Brant Taylor, a noted cello soloist with such orchestras as the San Antonio Symphony, the New World Symphony, and the Raleigh Symphony; and Kuang-Hao Huang, well known in the Chicago area as a piano soloist, chamber musician, and accompanist.

Lake Forest College is a private, liberal arts institution located 30 miles north of downtown Chicago. The college has 1,300 students representing 45 states and 43 other countries.
